AVG (Free)- query AVGINET.exe

Frequently on reboot,my Firewall (Outpost) flags up AVGINET(AVG downloader I presume) as having changed since last used,but being the same program. Obviously the attribs. have changed-but is this normal , as I would only expect the ref.file to change at update.
Perhaps it's a security thing to change each update completed?
Maybe Outpost permission as Download Manager is wrong- but it AVG still works in updating OK.
PS: No tech support available from Grisoft for free version.- but latest version is updating well now (lots of posts elsewhere on this earlier problem.)
