My virus scan shows: No virus found. However, the Test results show the following:
    (Scan): Shell32.dll (Result): Change
    (Path): C:\Windows\system32\shell32.dll
    (Object): C:\Windows\system32.dll
    (Result): Change (Status): Changed

Is there any problem with this result? Thanks for help.

If using AVG Free, have you posted this question on their forum here?
Castlecops also has a Grisoft forum here.
Hopefully, you can get an answer to your question.

    I did find this.
