    Could be detecting Rollback Rx see: -http://www.securelist.com/en/analysis/204792203/Legit_bootkits- I would post something on Avast's forum and maybe try another detector.

    I've tested avast MBR tools and it does not detect the TrueCrypt MBR as infected.
    Well, just a side note, as I'm not using RollBack RX.
