Very funny indeed. As you could see I'm dying laughing. :D. :argh:.

From now on I hereby decree that only anti-virus that makes me laugh should be installed on my Virtual OS. :p.

    Thanks.

I agree, it is a fun AV.
Imagine if Pirate talk was enabled and everyone heard...
"Avast, me hearties. Yar blacklist of dangerous seadogs be safely aboard".

It may be funny but detection dropped. I install Avast to be protected not to have fun.Imagine my fun when some files came out clean though Malwarebytes detected them as malware after i already executed them.I don t trust it anymore.

My advice.....take MBAM Pro real time,as you blame Avast for this,ANY OTHER AV or whatever AV couldn't handle this.Avast! saved my "skin" several times,as i have licenses for many AV's,but i always come back to AVAST!

And I can also show you a handful of files that are missed by Avast and NOT by my AV. :D.

    Thanks.

You're right... we all have avast installed because it is fun, and we don't pay any attention to whether it is a quality AV. We should change our priorities, and be more like you. Thanks for setting us straight.

If i remember corectly latest AV tests showed that Avast had lower detection rates than previously. In the same time i ve saw detection problems on my own PC-s so ... I still use the free version on a machine ,but just to have an AV installed untill i take a look around and choose another.
    Glad i helped you !
Now go back and have your fun with your antivirus .I ll play a FPS in the meantime.
    Peace bro Y !
