    An interresting russian (Uninst.ru) software to unistall some AV by using official unist-tools from their vendors.

    additionaly Uninst.ru offers list with uninstall-procedures such AV and database with offline updates of some AV .

    Hey, this russian site comss.ru, offers a free on demand scanner of NOD32 i can not find anywhere else (without an updater though, like DrWeb, SAS portable etc)

    No, this is the installer for the online scan. What they offer is a portable offline on demand scanner with the latest signatures.

    This is a great idea, but I wonder how often they update the removal tools? Now that we have 2012 products older uninstallers may not work properly. Is there an update option in the UI for the tools?

    Edit: I just checked the "readme" file and it looks like they are including 2012 uninstallers - excellent.

    I would say that this is better as it runs the official removal tools, which could mean that it deletes some stuff that AppRemover misses.

    I wouldnt think its legal. if it was legal it would be on the eset website and the screen shots show version 2 scanner interface which doesnt seem right either.

    AppRemover has never been useful for me. I've tried it couple of times but it just crippled the installation.
    Gotta try this one... Thanks for sharing!
