    Hi Folks,

I purchased an autoupdate key and everything was fine for a few days. Then I got a new hard drive and played about switching boot drives. First time it prompted me to enter my key on bootup and it accepted it ok. Then it asked again on another bootup and it rejects it as invalid. No it does it on every boot and won’t accept it.

Is it something to do with the hardware id? Does it think I am trying to use the key on a different pc? Its pretty inflexible if thats the case especially if, like me, you are always tinkering!

I emailed the autoupdate support email a few days back but so far no response.

Does anyone know how I can sort this? Do I need a new key?

    Thanks.

    Matt.

    Hi,

Please try re-sending your e-mail. It's possible it didn't get through correctly. :)

    Thanks,
