Auto Update

    Some weeks ago I donated to receive auto update. I did tick the box where it said always verify and set protection on startup.
    For a period of time I did see icon to that effect showing the process as having being done.
    Within the last days not seeing it which means I have to check for updates manually.
    Can anyone tell me what is the cause for not seeing this message any longer.
    Have checked my msconfig and it is one of the items therein.
