Auto scan USB drive

    Hi,
    Can ESET be configured to automatically perform a thorough scan and cleaning of USB drives when they are inserted into a usb port? I use the Remote Administrator Console with about 100 clients.

    Hello,

    Removable media, such as external USB drives, are automatically scanned with more sensitive heuristics. If you enable Strict Cleaning, threats will automatically be cleaned or deleted by ESET NOD32 Antivirus, as appropriate.

    You can also block USB flash drives from being accessed, which may be a solution.
