Attached files are switched to winmail.dat

    When viewing my emails from a remote access point using Bigpond.com "MyMail" the emails with attachments have those attachments switched to winmail.dat files. I need access to the files. To complicate the issue when I return to my home pc and open Outlook the emails download perfectly with correct attachemnts in place.

    Thnaks for the help. I think I have it resolved. Tomorrow will tell.
