ati creating lots of 1kb files WHY!!

i started the create image wizard /selected where i want to save to /full backup/selected fix the file size and set it to 635m/next / compression normal

the problem is that it started to create the image and said there 6gb and will take 16 min. well +-20 min later i check and it says that it has 2 DAYS to go. i cancel the image and go to the save location and it is creating .tib files that are only 1kb in size and there is a sh1t of them .


i am wondering that after i set the file size should the click automatic and then go to the next stage

To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

thanks guys that solved. when i first install i d/load 768 and the ran the update without uninstall the 768 version. this time i uninstall everything cleaned registry and d/loaded the update again and just ran the update on its own and all went ok.
