ATI Corporate Workstation 9.1.3567 FAILS

    9.1 has lots of Bugs . . . and the F11 Secure Zone management software will prevent the system from rebooting after the F11 operation is completed.
    The system must be shutdown and then rebooted or the system will hang on boot where external USB disks are mounted in the boot sequence.
    8.0 did not have this problem.
    Acronis does not have a clue as to why this is occurring!
    I hope some developer will put the version 8.0 code in version 9.1.
    The product should not be used as your only backup software!!!!!!

    Could you please clarify what exact problem with "F11 Secure Zone management software" you have? What exact actions are you going to perform in rescue mode?

    Could you please describe actions taken the problem appears step-by-step?

    1. Boot to F11.
    2. Run any task, such as verify an image on a USB EXTERNAL drive or the secure zone.
    3. Exit the Program and allow the system to restart.
    4. The O/S will not mount the attached USB EXTERNAL drive and the boot fails.
    5. Power off the system.
    6. Start the system and the EXTERNAL drive will mount and the system will boot.
    The mount will not succeed UNTIL the machine is powered OFF!
    After a power off, the machine will boot OK.

    Please create Acronis Report as it is described in Acronis Help Post before you boot your computer in the rescue mode (using F11 key ).

    Please also create Acronis Report after boot failure in the way described below:

    - Download and run Acronis Report Utility;
    - Select the "Create Bootable Floppy" option;
    - Insert a blank floppy disk in the A: drive and proceed with creation of the bootable floppy;
    - Boot the computer from this diskette and wait for report creation process to finish;
    - Collect the report file from the floppy.

    Please rename report.txt files to report_before.txt and report_after.txt accordingly.

    Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.
