Running ATI11 on Vista Ultimate. Can mount images fine, but unmounting completely locks Vista up. I mean locks up so hard I have to do a hardware reset.
    Basic system specs:
Mother board is a DFI Lanparty w/nforce4 ultra chipset.
    Athlon X2 3800+ CPU
    2 gigs of ram.
    Single SATA 3 HDD.
OS is Vista Ultimate 32 bit.
    TrueImage 11 build 8053.

BTW, this is a dual boot system. I can boot to the old XP Pro partition that has ATI9 on it and can unmount images with no problems.

    Thanks.

    Hello szurlo,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please notice that Acronis True Image has guaranteed one version back compatibility. Could you please clarify if the lockup happens with images created by Acronis True Image 11 Home as well?

    Thank you.

Well, I figured out what is causing my issue. I run Computer Associates Antivirus and AntiSpyware. If I disable the real-time virus scanner, unmounting an image no longer locks up the computer. I guess I need to shop and alternative AV solution.
Hope this info helps someone else. Took me a week to figure it out ;)
