    Not using it myself, but it's a good offering.
    Be ware though, it's not all free for home users. The anti virus functions and surf control functions are paid options. In my opinion it's directed towards professional environments (and very good at it). There are even appliances preloaded with astaro.

    Other decent options:
    freesco (really low budget)
    sme server (free add-ons like antivirus, anti spam and web filtering, yes, I'm using this one)
    Smoothwall
    ipcop

    If you need more: monowall, gibraltar, trustix, check Distrowatch for even more.

    Thanks a lot for the info. I just think it would be nice to not have to run ALL of my security apps on MY computer. Having them all on some sort of an access point should be a lot more simple. I will look into all of those links.
