[Ask]Real time protection problem

    im using NOD32 Antivirus Bussiness Edition Ver. 3.0.672 licensed
    n im installed the software in my server running under windows server 2003 licensed
    but i've a problem, the service realtime protection wont go start up even i did start up manualy ...
    n i even cant uninstall this NOD to re-install it ...

    the error looks like this :



    for information, my windows firewall already shutdown
    can someone help me ... ?
    how i fixed this error ?
    any help would be appreciate

    About your Windows Firewall , you could have a look at these general options:

    As for NOD32 , you can boot the Server in Safe Mode and manually disable ESET's service . Then , try to uninstall the program from Start -> Programs -> ESET -> ESET NOD32 Antivirus -> Uninstall (either in Safe Mode or in Normal mode) .

    If this doesn't help , only after the ESET service is stopped and not loading upon Windows start-up , you can download ESET NOD32 's latest MSI installer from www.eset.com/download/business.php , run it and use the repair or better the uninstall options.

    After successful reinstallation , make sure to delete these folders ... ->
    - C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application data\Eset
    - C:\Documents and Settings\~username~\Local Settings\Application data\Eset
