was looking at a cheap on netgear WNR2000 N300 Wireless-N Router
    http://www.microcenter.com/product/407492/WNR2000_N300_...

    and this zyxel one VFG6005N
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

now im wondering since they kinda list the same protections if the zyxel one would actualy block more bad stuff from the internet then the cheap netgear router? i cant seem to figure it out

i was looking at UTM products like cisco ISA 550 andsonic wall tz 105 but they are out of my budget however i would love to find one 150 or under that has itrusion prevention technoligy but i cant find any

now i have a very small home office/home network with 2users max and i tend to use hardware when possable anyway so i want an opinion based on the security between these two wireless range and number of users and vpn aint to important to me
