Are these proxies connectable?

Those are the bookmarks I have for proxies. I trying to run a socks in uTorrent, but with Comodo as my firewall.

Are those proxies connectable? It seems like I can't connect to trackers while using a proxy. If they are not connectable, are there any tutorials that would allow me to make those connectable for free?

I know how to do the port forwarding using the random port in uTorrent. I have the tutorial for creating the rules in Comodo to open ports. Are there additional steps, and rules I need to do to have a connectable proxy that could work? If so, how do I do this?

Do those proxies above require authorization for free? Or no authorization, so no username and password is required?

I hope someone could answer my questions, and hopefully there are tutorials to make a connectable proxy.
