Are rules common to all users on one PC?

On Windows XP-SP3 - If I install LnS and setup as a user with admin rights, will other users, who have limited rights see the same rules? Will LnS and rules be in the All users directory or in Program files but still common to all?

If not, how does one manage things in a multiuser computer?

    Edit:
The reason I ask is because I have two accounts, plus one more user. One is for installations etc - has admin rights, the other is limited. I need the same settings and rules to work in all accounts.
I recall rading some old thread about each account needs its own configuring done. That would be not practical for me.

When I was running LnS, I changed the ruleset location to a folder that I gave write permissions to for all my user accounts. I also used the same registry location (under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE) for the application rules and granted write permissions for my limited accounts. Otherwise, your limited accounts can use the existing rules, but not edit them. It's been a few months since I ran LnS, so I hope everything I've just typed is accurate. It should be! ;)

    Thanks a bunch.
Editing is of less importance to me than having the same rules exist for all users. I recall once I tried LnS long ago, after I installed as user1 under admin rights, when I logged out and logged in as me, user2, with limited rights there were no rules on the screen at all.
Fiddling with the registry scares me. Especially for a firewall.
Anyway let's see what others say.

    Hi act8192,

When logged in as admin, visit Look ‘n’ Stop - Options screen / Tab and checkmark ‘Common to all users’

    Thanks.
If/when I manage to get the license, I'll retry. I do recall doing it "common to all users" at installation time, but maybe it didn't "take" then.

In new installation it is common to 2 users. So that worked this time. Thanks.
PhantOm - your rules are cool, but I don't understand any of it, yikes.
