    I just wonder if someone out there know about sites with software 4 win-7- Ultimate Edition-64bit.

    I currently have no experience with any 64 bit version of Windows. However, I have read that typically almost all 32 bit software will work on 64 bit Windows with the main exception of some Security Applications.
