   i am using winxp sp3, fully update till date, with kaspersky 2009 updated
   but while using internet, i get this error message after 10-15 mins..
   once i click it. the network jams and others cannot access my network neither can i access. nothing happens even if i click the network > right click properties > after i click either of any options.

   The fix that is listed a little bit down the page under, 'Update -this Post has recieved a ton of comments', is the one that seems to work for most folk.
