App filtering doesn't work

Hi

I'm trying to install LNS at w2k, after install LNS works fine except the application filtering. It looks like LNS 'forgot' to install app filter. No autherize popup windows, list of active applications is also empty. Any app can access internet even if i make a block rule in app filtering tab. Tried to install both 2.04 and 2.05b3 with no luck.

Have you checked that the box "application filtering enabled" has a check in it ?

Ican't use those features even with the reg patch! SHould I restart the CPU after apply it? I just can't understand why the aplication filter doesn't work! No pop-ups, can't block anything, ...

Look'n'Stop can probably help you if you send them the file ntbtlog.txt :

- reboot
- after the BIOS initialization press F8 and choose the line which offers to log
the boot process on a file


The file will be located under C:\Windows or C:\Winnt regarding your OS.
