A few days ago I bought a new 2 yr license through Simple Security Solutions as my NOD32 will be expiring very soon, infact I'd say a day or two so I bought a new license from SSS.

I just havent heard or had any replies from SSS re my new key/serial.

    Thanks

Checked and not there. I paid for it on last Thurs by DD Electronic transfer into their account which was a 2yr license. Well my NOD32 has expired and Monday was the last day, so now though I till have NOD32 on my system, its just not updating.

I'll wait till tomorrow and see what happens, if not will call them.

Well I finally rang and spoke to SSS and will be getting it this afternoon (fingers crossed). Apparently they get it from NOD32

Ok I finally received my UN and Password from SSS this morning but unfortunatelt there's been some mistake, the have sent me the wrong one, the one they sent me was for Eset Security Suite, I need the one for NOD32 V2.

Ooops silly me my mistake when I did the cut/paste I also copied part of the blank space and must of pasted it when I re-pasted my UN and Password, I've fixed it all ok now and working.
