Anybody use Pegasus Mail/ having problems

I downloaded pegasus mail and used it for a while w/ no problems. Had a machine crash and restart and now get a message that the "account is locked".

Tried everything I know including uninstall/reinstall several times. Still gets the same message, won't open the program, goes to start screen but locks down. any help or idea where I can get help?
