Anybody else having trouble updating...

    I renewed my Eset Smart Security as it was due to expire today - new licence sent through telling me my new license expiry is Dec 2009. So why can't I download the latest updates or even version 672??

    Am I expecting that if a product states that it will expire on the 16th December and I renew my license I should see a seamless transition :mad:
