Any Tool for Quick Format NTFS partition from DOS !

    Hello folks,
    if anyone can help me out here: i want to format C:\ NTFS partition from DOS with a Floppy Disc. So far i have found Avira NTFS4DOS Personal 1.9 and Active@ NTFS Reader DOS Boot Disk which although allows access to NTFS partition but it doesn't have FORMAT.COM. Please dont sugget 3rd party program like Easus Partiton Manager Pro and Barte Disc, which i already have and use.

    I am looking for NTFS Quick Format tool from DOS , can anyone suggest anything. I would remain greatful.

    No one know if any such tool exist. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.............:)
