any time-controlled app to limit usage of apps

hi, not sure which sub-forum is most suitable, originally i thought process guard fits the bill.

is there any software that can control/limit the usage of other apps? objective: to control kid's playing time. we have tons of demo/shareware game that has "timer", either play for 14days or 60minutes before it asks for payment. i reckon if those demos can do it, why not a 3rd party software that can do this to other apps?

or, would you know of any other methods (maybe by use of a combination of existing apps) to achieve the objective?
