Any recommended Facebook 101 tutorials

It's finally toe-in-the-Facebook-water time. Can anybody suggest some tutorials that emphasize the most important privacy and security settings to start with?

Thank you, Cudni, the Sophos page in particular has exactly the information I was hoping to find.

I have to admit a strong bias/suspicion against going to FB themselves to get beginner security tutorials, as it seems like FB is more often forced into adopting security measures rather than being proactive to start with, or at least it seems from so many of the news reports. Not to mention getting up to speed on pitfalls of the social engineering aspects. There be monsters ....
