antivirus services do not start...

    hi all !

    i installed nod32 on my winxp comp, it works for 2 days but now the service isn't starting anymore and it freeze my computer unless i desinstall it, i tried with kapersky 4.5 and same result, real time monitor service do not start and my comp freeze unless i desinstall the antivrus program...

    Im on Winxp Pro sp1 with all hotfixes updated...

    any idea ?
