Antivirus Protection Disable

    Hi!
    I just got my ESET Smart Security, and i have installd it, and re-install like 10 times.
    but i still got same msg:

    "A serious error while starting real-time file system protection.
    The computer is not protected against threats. The program need to be reinstalled"

    What wrong?!

    Hello!

    Have you had other security solution or ESS/EAV, before? If yes, have they been uninstalled correctly?

    well i have old nod32, and they are unistalled and reboot after that...

    Uninstall actual version and remove these folders:

    Code:
    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Eset
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Eset
C:\Program Files\Eset
    Remove these keys from Registry:

    Code:
    HKLM\Software\Eset
HKCU\Software\Eset
    Check services.msc, if there stayed something from ESET.


    Finally, download actual 3.0.667 version and install it.
