No, but if I were going to fork out the money, before I renewed Nod, I would get the preminum edition of Antivir. Then you are protected by the true best.

ive trialed the premium version in the past but it was a bit ruff on my system.not that it slowed my comp but while doing a scan it seemed to rattle my harddrive around.i find diffrent av's have diffrent effects on my system but not other people's.but strangley anough the classic version is fine...

how long since you trialed it. I have found the AV and the suite to be the lightest out their. Trust me, the AV is alot kinder then a lot of them to your PC. Try it again, I bet you will be surprised. And very soon it will have rootkit detection and removal. Plus it does what SAS is needed for. Personally with a good router, Aviras PE is all you need.

I think you will be surprised and if you arent, well then, you just do whatever you feel is in your best interest. Take care my friend.

Would antivir free and SAS pro be the same coverage as antivir premium? Of course without the mail scanner, but I'm thinking it would be pretty good.

I am using Antivir PP and Prevx1 for real-time, works wonder, no system drawback at all. little overlapping though, Prevx1 overlap with everything anyway

Antivir PE would go perfectly with Prevx1

Thanks coldplay. I use AVG Pro now, and have no problems. I just miss the user interface that Antivir PE has, and feel more protected with it's RealTime Protection.
