    Not sure why you say that. Does it have the execution protection and Registry interception available in CounterSpy? I don't think so!

    CounterSpy 3.1.2710 is a huge improvement over 2.5 and does not have the problems associated with the earlier series 3 versions (i.e. you can configure realtime protection to run alongside another AV by dissabling the file inspection function - which is what your AV does).
