Hey guys, I only use web mail interface (GMAIL).
So, the Anti Spam module is kind of useless to me.

If I disable, would I notice a performance gain in my Laptop?

    Laptop Specs
    c2d 2.0ghz, 4gb ram,

you can use pop3 with gmail, and as such it would help you :)

that being said, with 4gigs of ram, you could run 7 copies of nod32 and not notice a performance loss probably ;)
(IE probably not, but turn it off and see ;))

Not in your case as the antispam module is loaded upon email client startup and you access gmail via your web browser.

Any idea yet when this module will be available for Thunderbird?
