I have WormGuard and ProcessGuard, both registered. I am anticipating having to reinstall Windows XP Home. If I do, I'm going to go all the way down to FDISK and start over. Should I do that, what should I do first, to make sure that I am still a registered user on reinstallation of WG and PG?

    Thanks!

Hi Mercurybird, Back up your keyfiles to a floppy or another hard disk or system, note your original log in data for the Members area at DCS.

Re-install Firewall, Process Guard before connecting to the Internet and, of course, your AV AT WG as soon as possible.

Keep process Guard in learning mode whilst you install any service updates from MS & your trusted applications and run them as you will probably have to do quite few rebboots.

When you have done all this disable learning mode.

Finally back up your pguard.dat and pghash.dat found in *\windows\system32 folder.
