Anti-Thief not working.

    I tried enable anti-thief in smart security 6.0.308.1
    But it tells me server is busy and cannot enable.but in the web page I can see the profile is enable.
    So I delete it from Web UI.
    But after one day,my smart security say it enables anti-thief!
    There is not have any profile in my eset account!!!
    I tried disable anti-thief in client but it tells me wrong username or password(0005)

    Anyone can help me to slove it ?
