I trust Virus Bulletin, AV-Comparatives, Malware Research Group, AV-TEST, West Coast Labs, ICSA Labs, and PC Security Labs.

Tough one. "Rely upon" is strong terminology. Guess I'd have to go with AV Comparatives, maybe Virus Bulletin, maybe AV Test.
This should all be settled soon -- AMTSO.

Av Comparatives is the top as far as I am concerned. All others are just additional information to be used as seems best.

    Regards,
