    You have to create those branches. Just copy this to a txt file and resave it as something.reg:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Zones\3]
    "1806"=dword:00000003

    Only do this if you are comfortable using and editing the registry - back it up first, if possible.
