Isn't that great timing with Canada finally being "upgraded" to US DMCA law. I think both should be overruled. ACTA is unconstitutional in many countries including the US and Canada. I really hope in the least they made it not so broad as they did with the DMCA (lots of legal maneuvering can be done there).
