would it not be worth keeping updates in a dedicated thread? as to avoid saturating the forum with TeraByte Unlimited software updates?

I can do that. The only issue I saw with that was - when using an existing thread - people might ignore it and think it's just someone commenting on the thread rather than posting information about a new version. However, I know Aaron has a DS thread that works, so I"ll give it a whirl.

Thanks for informing us about this update. I didn't know it existed.

I read the update notes and decided it's probably not for me even though I usually download all updates.
