An army of irritating ads and a RAT infestation

A short while ago, I began seeing pop-up and pop-under ads appearing at random every time I visit a web site. The constant ads always manage to get around the Google toolbar's ad-blocking feature and they're driving me insane.

Oddly enough, about a year ago I had the same problem with ads driving me insane and I solved it with TDS-3 but it looks like this time that won't be enough. I ran a full system scan and found a number of RAT.RADS.e and RAT.RADS.f trojans scattered about my system as well as several Adware/Spyware programs. To make sure that it did the trick I ran another full system scan...and the RAT.RADS infestation was still there (although the adware was deleted). No matter how many times I run TDS and delete the RAT.RADS files they always seem to come back.

I ran Ad-Aware and Spybot S&D then ran HJT immediately after...here's the log. Hope someone can help me out

Download and run: http://www.memorywatcher.com/uninst.exe
The program needs internet access to finish.

Before you start with HijackThis, please move hijackthis.exe to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These easily get lost in a Temp folder.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:
