    Well, you all probably followed the case SCO versus IBM and 1500 linux users. SCO claims to defend it's intellectual property of the UNIX code base against IBM's linux efforts. Last week they even sold licences to Microsoft.

    So... how about this: Novell claims that it still owns the copyright to the original UNIX code.

    And Novell supports linux :-*
    Don't we all love Novell :D
