All files are locked

    When i do an deep scan on NOD32 all my files are blue and it says they are locked because they are being used by an alternate process.

    Is there any way to do a scan at startup? before i log in?

    Try scanning computer in Safe Mode

    pagefile.sys and some other system files are in use constantly so scanning them in safe mode will not make a difference. However, there's a chance that some of those files could be scanned in safe mode if they are locked because of being used by a running application.
