Hi, will Acronis True Image 8.0 work to restore my hard drive contents after a format? I'm not on my pc much and do very little changing to files but I do like to format once a year just to start clean. What I would like to be able to do is create a disk image that has my operating system, programs, files and settings and save it to a cd/rw and then after a format be able to use that disk to restore my pc contents.

Also I have Win XP with SP2 does True image work with this?

I would appreciate any help and advice. Thank you.

TrueImage 8 restores your image exactly as it was created. There's no need to format your drive. Simply restore the image and TI8 does the rest automatically. It works with XP & SP2.
