I went to a friend's old pc at least 11 years old with Windows XP Home and I configure the current security setup for web surfing mainlly:
    1. Standard Account
    2. CryptoPrevent
    3. Norton DNS
    4. Comodo Firewall (Firewall: SafeMode, HIPS: SafeMode, Auto-Sandbox: Untrusted)
    5. Trick 1806 in registry
    6. Google Chrome with ublock
The pc is light, secure and I think we have covered the possible surfing dangers generally. Any reccomendations from the experts in here?

You would still need a scan on schedule definitions based scanner.

    Either hitman pro or malwarebytes.

I agree. On-demand scan and backup would complete the setup IMO.
