    Hi,

recently recived a pop from my norton antivirus that i have a trojan, norton has been unable to clear it up so i have now purchased ewido. I've run 3 full system scans using ewido and it has located a number of cookies ect that were infectious but hasnt been able to locate and delete the original trojan. im still experiencing the effects of the trojan and was just wondering why ewido has not been able to locate and delete it? the trojan is causing my mouse to stop working for short amounts of time and my hardrive makes a short beep when this happens.

any advice or help would be much appreciated as i need my system to be fully operational in the next few days.

    thanks

Please try a complete system scan in safe mode. And save the scan report of this scan.

Further please scan with norton and save a scan report of this scan so we can check what's happening.
