    hey yall,

so there is an election going on in my state for some congress position and its coming up in november. and just recently i noticed that in my secondary computer with ie8(doesnt have any ad blockers) i started to get ads from the nominees saying stuff like vote for me, the other party is wrong etc etc.

and also i noticed that these ads were provided by Google.

is google showing me these ads based on the location of my IP Address provided by my ISP?

Your computer means everything they can capture ex. browser, cookies,OS geolocation, etc..
If your logged in your Google account they know your searching habits, and even if your are not logged they will use your IP ...
