Thanks. Pretty close with beta BTW, am I blind or what as I cannot find check for application update? I see only check for filters and extensions but cannot find where is check for the application update.
Where is the check button? EDIT: Oh I see how it works. It checks for update while the about window is opening.
It would useful to know which filters have been updated, same as it is in v5, not just plain "filters have been updated".
Eh, for now the only way is to use browser add-on's filtering log. We will extend program log in future. I've created a task to not forget about it: https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardForWindows/issues/96
There is still a mismatch in filter updates. During last 2 hours or so I have manually triggered the filter update check and at least twice filters have been updated. However when checking filters in settings, there is no filter that has been updated today. So I wonder if updates in fact have been made or not. EDIT: Hovering over AG systray icon says Filters were updated 5 hours ago. Something's wrong ...
OK and this? Are filters actually updated and only time of update that is attached to each filter in settings is wrong?
What you see in the list is real filter's last modified date and not the time when you have received the update. So in theory it is possible to receive yesterday's updates.
Understood but I'm still uncertain which filters have been updated today when there is no filter with today's date, see below, but as I said I have noticed today several "filters have been updated". But all doubts should be dispelled once the detailed list of updated filters will be implemented.
Rebooted machine and now I see EF v1.0.65.26 updated today (19th) and also Experimental Filter v1.0.22.75 updated also today. It seems the reboot solved it. It could be somehow related to today's Win 10 updates.
