Adfender and explorer

This is my first post here.
I just installed Adfender to reduce or eliminate commercials and ads and found it works well with Chrome but not so well with MSIE 11. I run Win 8.1 with explorer 11 at times and when I click a link, I find a bare page.There is a topic at the top but the contents are missing. If I disable filtering, + go back a page and click the link or source again, it appears as it should. I do not have this issue with Chrome.
I experience this on both the desktop and laptop.
Does anyone else have this problem or is it on my end?

Hey peterr3, and welcome to the forum.
I began having issues with Adfender and IE when I updated from version 10 to 11. For some reason it stopped filtering. What I did was to replace Adfender. Added Adblock Plus plugin to IE: https://adblockplus.org/en/internet-explorer. ABP plugin can be installed in Chrome too.
