add remove problem w xp pro

I have an entry that has no remove option,only says used---- rarely.How to remove please. This is in the add remove in my control panel

You will probably have to delete the folder in program files if there is one and remove the entries to it in the registry. sometimes a folder for an app if opened will have an uninstall in it, it is worth a look. after removing it you should run a registry cleaner to remove any remnants.
