ADD ITEMS QUESTION

I am a new user today of ID Blaster and checked your FAQs and Forums but I cannot find answers to my questions. I am afraid I am going to show my ignorance but here goes.
In your forum I found the question but no answer on how to add programs such as Mozilla Firefox.
The Add Items which brings up Add a Registry Value is above my limited knowledge.
So the questions are : How do you use this to add Items such as Firefox and is there anything else that is smart to add outside of the Default list?
Maybe there is another way to Add Items?
