add IP ranges to trusted zone

    Hello,:)
    I want to add some IP ranges to trusted zone in eset firewall, but it does not make any matter and other can not ping me.

    My system has two IP: X.Y.W.201 and X.Y.Z.100

    I add two address ranges in trusted zone:
    X.Y.W.100 ~ X.Y.W.255
    X.Y.Z.100 ~ X.Y.Z.255

    but people that wan to connect to my computer can not see me and ping results in time out.

    What is the problemo_O?

    Solved...
    I mistakenly click on "new" and create a new one. The correct is editing "trusted zone" and add IP ranges :)
