    Could someone please recommend a good Download Site, that only has
    Ad/Spyware-FREE Software ?
    I know there is one, but I forget which it was.

    Yes, that's where I used to get most my programs from. They include good and not so good software on their site. I have seen some, that should have been banned !

    Try this one: Spyware Warrior.

    It's a website that talks about spyware and have a list os the best available anti-spyware...
